By placing an order during this sale, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before you buy. If anything is unclear, ask us before you place your order.
1. How these terms work
These Clearance Sale Terms form part of your Order and are in addition to NJO's standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Conditions of Service, which apply in full to every clearance purchase and installation. Where a clearance term below covers something differently, the clearance term controls for items purchased during this sale. You can read the full standard terms at nextjumpoutfitters.com/policies/terms-of-service.
2. Sale period and availability
This sale applies only to in-stock flatbed truck bodies, dropsides, tool boxes, underbody boxes, camper trays, trailer chassis, and listed accessories, while supplies last. Quantities are limited. We cannot offer rain checks or back-orders on sold-out items. Sale pricing ends at the
close of business on September 30, 2026.
3. Sale pricing
Sale prices are shown on your quote or invoice and apply only to items purchased during the sale period. Sale pricing cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, coupon, dealer pricing, or previously issued quote. We do not apply sale pricing retroactively to orders placed before the sale began
4. What is and is not included
Prices are for the item described on your quote or invoice only. Unless your quote states otherwise, prices do not include sales tax, installation labor, accessories, or vehicle-side parts and modifications.
Dropsides, tool boxes, underbody boxes, headache racks, tailgates, water tanks,
camp kitchen inserts, and other add-ons are priced separately
5. Payment
Full payment is due at the time of purchase. Acceptable payments are made through Shopify Payment links. Inventory is not held and your order is not confirmed until payment clears. Title to the goods passes to you only when we have received payment in full in cleared funds
6. All sales are final
Clearance items are sold as final sale. That means no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, and no cancellations once your order is placed. Please confirm your fitment, color, and configuration before you buy.
This section does not affect your rights under the limited warranty in Section 11
7. Fitment is the buyer's responsibility
You are responsible for confirming that the item you order fits your truck, your intended use, and your build plans. We are glad to help you choose, and our recommendations are made in good faith, but final fitment confirmation is yours. Fitment is not a basis for return or refund under this sale
8. Installation only, no shipping or
delivery
Clearance items are sold for installation by NJO at our shop. We do not ship, freight, or deliver clearance items, and we do not sell clearance items for self-installation or pickup as loose product. Installation is quoted separately from the product price
9. Scheduling your installation
We will schedule your installation for a date that works for you and for our shop calendar. There is no deadline to get your install on the books, and you do not lose your sale pricing by scheduling later. Installation pricing assumes a standard install on a vehicle in sound mechanical condition. Any additional work we find during installation, including rust repair, wiring repair, aftermarket part removal, or modifications your vehicle requires, will be quoted to you and approved by you
before we proceed
10. Pickup and storage
Please inspect your vehicle when the work is complete and confirm it matches what you ordered. Pick up your vehicle within five business days of our written notice that the work is finished. After that, you carry the risk of loss on the vehicle, and we may store it at your expense, including reasonable storage and insurance costs.
11. Warranty
Sale items carry NJO's standard limited warranty of three months from the date of delivery for the goods, and three months from the date of service for installation workmanship. The warranty does not cover
normal wear and tear, cosmetic finish wear, willful damage, negligence, abnormal storage or use, defects caused by your own instructions or drawings, or products you altered or repaired without our written consent. Full warranty terms, including how to make a claim, are in NJO's Terms and Conditions of Sale and Terms and Conditions of Service. Other than that limited warranty, all implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent the law allows.
12. Condition of goods
All items are new inventory unless your invoice specifically identifies an item as a display, demo, blemished, or open-box unit. Minor cosmetic variation in finish, texture, and color is normal in powder-coated and aluminum products and is not considered a defect. Photos and renderings used in marketing are for illustration and may show optional equipment that is not included in your purchase.
13. Product specifications and pricing errors
Product descriptions, dimensions, weights, and included components are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, and specification errors at any time, including after an order is placed. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel that item for a full refund of what you paid on it.
14. Safety, weight, and legal compliance
Flatbeds, trays, boxes, tanks, and trailer components add weight to your vehicle. You are responsible for staying within your vehicle's payload, axle, tongue weight, and gross vehicle weight ratings, and for making sure your finished build meets all federal, state, and local requirements for lighting, licensing, load securement, and towing. You are also responsible for holding a valid driver's license and required insurance.
15. Non-OEM parts
The products in this sale are not made by your vehicle's original equipment manufacturer. Installing non-OEM parts may affect your vehicle warranty, your resale value, and, in some cases, your lease or
finance agreement. We recommend you consider this before you order. Full details are in NJO's Terms and Conditions of Service.
16. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NJO is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability in connection with your purchase will not exceed the total value of your Order.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
17. Disputes and governing law
Washington law governs your purchase. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules before a single arbitrator, as set out in NJO's standard terms.
