Overland Jump From Tacoma to Wenatchee

Itinerary Description

This is a two-night off-road trip through Central Washington. The itinerary includes driving through Tiger Mountain Pass and Snoqualmie Pass, stopping at Dru Brew for lunch, and then heading up to Chumstick Mountain and Swakane Canyon for camping. The next day, the group will head to Wenatchee and up Colockum Pass Road for camping, followed by a tour of the Wild Horse Wind Farm before heading home. The difficulty level is rated as a 3 out of 5.

Meet up at Next Jump Outfitters then head East towards our next leg, Tiger Mountain!


Tiger Mountain Pass

Drive over Tiger Mountain Pass to our next leg Snoqualmie Pass..


Snoqualmie Pass

Head Eastbound on I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass to our next leg Dru Breww in Cle Elum.


Dru Brew

Stop in Cle Elum for a bio break, woodfired pizza and a cold beverage at Dru Brew, then on to our next leg, Blewett Pass.


Blewett Pass

Head up 97 North towards Blewett Pass to our next leg, Ruby Creek turn off.


Ruby Forest Service Road 7024

Ruby Forest Service Road 7024 , we at this point will be hitting dirt road and will air down accordingly. Then, we will head down Ruby Creek Road into Cashmere.


Cashmere 

Drive through the town of Cashmere, WA then on to our next leg, 


Chumstick Mountain Overlook

Stop and checkout Chumstick Mountain overlook.


Swakane Canyon

Camp at Swakane Canyon first night.


Wenatchee, WA

Drive into Wenatchee to a quick resupply then off to Malaga and head up Colockum Pass Road.


Colockum Pass

Pass the Elk Preserve at Colockum Pass then into Shangri La. Our favorite, secret camp site. Spend the night then head into the Wild Horse Wind Farm for a tour. Then off to home.
