This moderate-level service is ideal for seasonal recovery when the teak has been exposed but not fully neglected. It removes deep-set dirt and restores golden color without the need for sanding.

Step 1: We begin by rinsing the teak thoroughly with fresh water to remove loose dirt, dust, and surface grime.

Step 2: We apply Semco Teak Cleaner (Part 1) and lightly scrub the surface using soft bristle brushes to lift oils and light discoloration.

Step 3: We rinse away the cleaner and immediately apply Semco Teak Brightener (Part 2) to restore the wood’s natural tone. After a brief dwell time, we rinse thoroughly and allow the teak to dry completely.

Step 4: If staining or mildew persists, we may use a diluted TSP solution and reapply with soft-bristle brushes for a secondary cleaning pass before final rinsing and drying.

Step 5: Once dry, we apply two coats of Semco Teak Sealer using foam brushes, ensuring full grain penetration and even tone.

Step 6: We inspect for missed spots, clean up edges, and remove any excess product.
